We respect your privacy and we're committed to being transparent about what we collect and how we use it. 1. What We Collect

When you shop with us or visit our site, we collect:

Information you give us directly:

• Name, email address, shipping address, billing address
• Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments / Stripe — we never see your full card number)
• Phone number (if provided, or if you opt in to text messages)
• Order history and customer support messages

Information collected automatically:

• Pages visited, time on site, referring URL
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

Information from third parties:

3. Text Message (SMS) Marketing

If you opt in to receive text messages from BCC, we collect and use your phone number to send you:

• Marketing and promotional messages (new drops, sales, restocks)
• Order- and cart-related reminders

Black Cat Closet's website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages by text message.

Your phone number and text message opt-in consent are used only by BCC and our text messaging service provider (Klaviyo) to deliver these messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Opting out of texts does not affect your email subscription or your ability to shop with us.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us run BCC:

This includes tracking when items remain in your cart (an "abandoned cart") so we can send you a reminder by email or, if you've opted in, by text message. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.

BCC operates from California, USA. If you're visiting from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
